For some reason that pdf was on our CRM site teamclifton.com which is now only used internally. I have updated the link. I'm glad you like the site. We actually just did a makeover on it. The glossary section still needs to be updated, still using the old layout. We began this in November of last year but really didn't do too much with it until 2007.
