You can personalize your web site in the following ways:

Add a photo of yourself or your family. This helps visitors feel more comfortable with who you are and starts building a relationship with them sometimes even before you have spoken with them.

Edit the “Main Page” content. This is the first page your visitor sees after they fill out the contact form. You can customize this page with specials or company news, whatever you feel is the first information your visitor should get.

Edit the About Us page. This is where your visitor learns about you. You can tell your story as to why you started your business, what you saw in the company or product that re-enforced your decision, a little about yourself personally, family, what you currently do or your vision for your business, etc. Use this page to help connect you with your visitor.

These personalization options can be accessed under “Edit Web Site Options” in the “My Account” area. There is default content provided so changes are not mandatory, just an option.
