Why YTB Travel is Unique to Other Network Marketing Companies

YTB Travel provides several business channels through which to earn real income. To be more specific, consider the following.

Many MLM companies offer specific products and services that can only be promoted to a limited audience, or narrow target market. For example, cosmetics are usually targeted to women, which leaves out the male population. Weight loss products are targeted specifically for those who need to lose weight and so on….Usually in both cases, the marketing of these products is person-to-person, so how many people can you meet in a day that fit these profiles?

If you look at your YTB Travel business, everyone has needs for travel regardless of gender, size or unique circumstances. Therefore, there is mass appeal and demand for travel services. Secondly, with the YTB Travel MLM program you aren’t limited to selling person-to-person. You can also sell YTB Travel services to companies of any size that use travel to conduct their business. There are endless numbers of companies to call on, so you don’t have to depend on friends, neighbors and relatives as customers.

You can also sell YTB Travel to non-profit organizations. Non-profits are one of the fastest growing industries in America today, and YTB Travel sites can be set up in their name for fund raising programs. For example, any non-profit, church, school, university, charity or organization can have their own YTB web site. When members and supporters book travel on their web site, the non-profit gets 40% of the incurred travel commissions to support their projects, causes and missions. The YTB affiliate earns 10% of 100% of all the commissions. What a great source for residual income.

Your travel biz is also in the flower delivery business. Order and send flowers to anyone,
anytime, from anywhere from the YTB web site.

Entertainment? Anyone can book entertainment and sporting events on your home based travel agency site.

As a result, YTB targets multiple, broad based target markets, and provides consumable products and services that are used by millions of people on a daily basis. In the end, the YTB affiliate is leveraged for success and income.

Traveling for Cancer with YTB

Published by Your Travel Biz under YTB Articles, YTB

If you gotta go, why not give something back. Websites such as www.causetravel.com are popping up all over the internet. Cause Travel is actually an online travel booking engine for the “National Foundation for Cancer Research”. Non for profits and charity’s are using such sites in an ingenious way to raise funds for their cause. The built in commissions on every plane ticket, hotel, or car rental that would usually go to massive conglomerates such as Travelocity or Orbitz are sent to the organization instead.

Receiving 40% of travel commissions I figure they probably made about 43 bucks from my recent trip to New York. Not bad if you consider the amount of travel booked online everyday. If you’re like me, the only thing that factors into which booking engine you use is price. If Priceline.com is cheaper this week, I certainly have no ill feelings about not using CheapTickets.com again.

CauseTravel.com is actually a front end to Travelocity. So you get the exact same flight, hotel, or rental car you would using the main site (usually at a cheaper price). Except my 43 bucks didn’t go to the little roaming gnome. Best of all when your staying the night on the floor of the airport, brushing your teeth with your fingers wondering where you bag is, or hanging out on the tarmac for ten hours because there might be a mechanical problem… Perhaps you can pop just a little smile knowing your sacrifices are helping cure cancer, or fighting world hunger.

CauseTravel.com and countless others like it are set up by a company called YTB International. A company that provides online booking engines to charities, schools, churches and other non for profit organizations as a fundraising tool. YTB also maintains and helps the organizations promote their sites free of charge. The company also has a branch dedicated to starting individuals in their own online travel business.

National Foundation for Cancer Research to Provide Discount Travel Service to Benefit Cancer

The National Foundation for Cancer Research and YTB Travel announced that they have formed an Internet-based discount travel service, that gives a percentage of the booking fees to the cancer research efforts of the NFCR. The site works like similar discount travel websites, allowing individuals to book their travel arrangements, golf tee times and event and ticket reservations online along with a number of other travel related services.

“In a world where most travelers today are planning their vacation destinations, event packages and business trips online, our new travel website gives booking these activities a real purpose,” said Franklin Salisbury, president of NFCR. “Best of all, 100% of donations raised through this partnership will fund our cutting-edge cancer research projects–in the laboratory where a cure will be found.”

How it works is similar to most other travel websites. Reservations are made through the YTB customized web site Continue Reading »

The YTB Business Model

Online travel agency and network marketing?? At first glance that might seem a little weird. I thought MLM’s were only allowed to sell water purifiers and vitamins. Well if you think about it, using the network marketing business model to leverage online travel is a brilliant decision. Company’s like Travelocity and Expedia spend millions of dollars every day to market their services. There is absolutely no way YTB could compete with these companies unless they had some very very very serious investors. Great thing is, they don’t have to. If someone in your family was a travel agent would you book through them if their prices were the competitive? How about cheaper? How about if it wasn’t a family member but a close friend? It’s just that simple.

Furthermore, by not spending millions of dollars on advertising, YTB is also able to pass those savings on to the consumers and distributors. The recruitment side of the compensation plan is also extremely lucrative, bringing hundreds of new Reps into the company every day. So is this business model working? The modest answer is YES: YTB sold $1B in travel last year and is currently the highest travel revenue producer for Carnival cruises. We’re just getting started. Your Travel Business will become the biggest travel company in the world. Do you want to be part of it?
