					<description>Can you take the set up fee of $ 449.95 out of your checks or do you need this before I can start my business?  Also, one of your sights says that a Rep can't sell travel, then the next line it said that a RTA couldn't sell travel.  So I am a little confused.  Then what would I do?</description>
