Are there any additional costs?
No. There is only a one-time set-up fee of $449.95. After that our services are free. And, there is no minimum level of activity.

Although we certainly believe you will see the advantage of booking your association business through your yourwebsite,we are primarily a fundraising program. The purpose is to capture the personal travel of your members and supporters so it benefits you financially. This is something no other travel company offers.
How much time will the program require?
We know you do not want to be in the travel business! YTB takes care of providing the service, including the travel via the online booking engine and tracking commissions. All we ask is that you promote the program to your members and supporters.
Do we sign a long-term agreement with YTB?
No. We do provide an agreement that spells out the terms and conditions of ou rarrangement, but you are not committing to a long-term agreement. We believe in earning your business every day.
Do you guarantee that any information about our members will be held in
strict confidence?
Absolutely. We understand the trust your members and supporters have in your organization is critical. Protecting the privacy and security of your members is a prime concern of ours as well. We do not: collect information concerning your members, send unsolicited emails, or sell any information to others.
Rick Clifton - Your Travel Biz
Can you take the set up fee of $ 449.95 out of your checks or do you need this before I can start my business? Also, one of your sights says that a Rep can’t sell travel, then the next line it said that a RTA couldn’t sell travel. So I am a little confused. Then what would I do?
The $499.95 is the start up fee to become a Referring Travel Agent (RTA) with YTB. RTA’s can sell travel and promote the YTB Opportunity. It is free to become a “Rep” (also called an IMR). Reps can only promote the YTB Opportunity. Reps can not sell travel. You may find the following pages on our website helpful:
